acre tracts - 3000 sq ft. minimum
2.5 acre tracts - 2500 sq ft. minimum
1.25 acre tracts - 2200 sq ft. minimum, except lots 8, 9, 28
& 29 which have a 2500 sq ft minimum
Exteriors
70% brick, stone, stucco or other masonry approved by the
Architectural Review Committee
Fencing
Shall be constructed of brick, stone, masonry or flat-top
cedar pickets.
Large
Animals
Horses or show calves are permitted
5 acre tracts - not more than 6
2.5 acre tracts - not more than 4
1.25 acre tracts - not more than 2
All
plans must be submitted and approved by the Architectural
